Custom Home Renovations is operated by Destined To Create ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you enter: your zip code, project details, homeownership, timing, self reported credit range, name, address, email and phone number. Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device details, the page address you visited, and advertising identifiers such as the Meta Pixel and cookies.

Session recording and consent verification

To document your consent, this site uses ActiveProspect TrustedForm and Jornaya LeadiD. These services record your interaction with the form on this page, including what was displayed to you, what you typed and clicked, and when, and create a certificate of that session. The certificate may be shared with the companies that receive your request.

How we share your information

When you submit the form, we share your information with [Buyer name from Summit] and the home improvement companies it works with so they can contact you about your project, as described in the consent you gave on the form. We also share limited, hashed information with Meta to measure our advertising. We do not sell your information for any other purpose.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and ask any company that calls you to place you on its do not call list. To ask us to access or delete your information, email support@destinedtocreate.com.

Retention

We keep request records for as long as needed to document consent and meet legal obligations, generally up to five years.
